Ancient wisdom and succession

Each month in a Maestro-level leader cohort meeting, one of the participants shares an opening consecration.  It might be a poem, a thoughtful essay, a song, a work of art, or a reading from a philosopher.  Oftentimes, scripture is read and discussed.

This past month, Larry Jones, CEO of the Seed Company, shared an overview of Qoholeth's sentiments on leadership succession found in the book of Ecclesiastes.  Larry let me screen capture his slides and we invite your thoughtful consideration of what they contain:
