Maestro-level leaders is moving from an innovative idea in the marketplace of executive peer-based advising to an established service line in the Design Group International family. In our February expansion to four Maestro-level leader cohorts; with our intention to expand to five before the end of 2024; and with our valued partnership with Christian Leadership Alliance so that maestro-level leaders in the nonprofit space can participate, we are making the impossible possible. A blessing (herd) of unicorns!

Yes, if you fit the profile of a Third Turn Leader who cares about planful succession, future value, and legacy, I'd like to convince you that there is no better investment than joining Maestro-level leaders. More importantly, I'd like to convince you that a planful succession can be a journey with companions rather than a tortured meandering across the badlands. If there is one area of life where we cannot claim expertise, it is succession, especially our own.
