Meet Kate Frillmann

Kate Frillmann

Hi, I'm Kate!

I find joy in helping organizations fulfill their philanthropic goals to sustain and grow their important missions.

As a 33-year nonprofit professional, my mission is to build stronger organizations, change lives, create educational opportunities, improve spaces where people thrive, and provide pathways for healing.

I have first-hand knowledge and success in raising funds, managing comprehensive campaigns, and developing strong relationships with donors and volunteers.  My career has included leadership roles at a national health organization, research universities, a private college, as well as social service and medical research organizations.

I study, learn, and seek to fully understand the needs of the organization, then develop strategies that are tailored to your mission. Listening is of utmost importance to me, as I work with equal gladness and focus alongside leadership, staff and volunteers.

What Clients Say About Kate

Kate Frillmann can bring valuable expertise and a wide range of knowledge to your non-profit fund development effort. Building trust and collaboration, she works with each team to deliver results. I had the privilege of working with her at Hope College, where she helped launch the $200 million "A Greater Hope" campaign, the largest in college history.

Kate Frillmann is extremely capable in her ability to work alongside non-profit leadership to create, grow, and sustain a fund development program.  Emmanuel Hospice was a new non-profit, just beginning fundraising, and Kate was integral to helping us learn and create fund development practices that established a road map and successfully built stronger relationships with our donors.  She helped us assess what was necessary to grow our philanthropy, and assisted in the job creation and hire of our first development director position. She is respected in the community, by our Board of Directors, committee volunteers and staff.  Kate brought enthusiasm and a genuine interest to help us grow our organization and serve more people through increased donor support and board involvement. I highly recommend working with her.

We are so grateful for Kate's time and commitment given to the Historical Society over the last several years.  Kate has helped us advance our efforts and grow as an organization.  Her advocacy and expertise have been essential both to me as a leader and to the Historical Society as a whole.

With our sincere thanks!
