Rose joins the Community of Practice with 20 years of experience as a leader in healthcare, higher education, church, and other nonprofit organizations. She has served on several boards and filled an Interim Executive Director position for an organization providing affordable healthcare and immigrant advocacy services. With years of experience as Director of Annual Giving and Major Gift Officer in higher education, she also brings expertise to organizational fund development.

Rose holds a diploma in practical nursing, a B.S. in Organizational Leadership from Goshen College, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Bluffton University. She earned a Certificate in Women’s Leadership from Cornell University, a Certificate of Nonprofit Board Consulting from BoardSource, and is a Certified Process Consultant through the Society for Process Consulting.
