Maestro-level Leaders started in 2021, just as we emerged from COVID-19 hibernation. We've launched one cohort a year since for this four-year experience.

At the end of 2024, our first cohort will complete its journey of working at planful succession among a set of travel companions doing the same with their enterprise. And, as 2024 gets underway, our newest cohort launches with Kirk Kriegel as its Kirk_Thumb_Sportcoat_2022_2305843009283768986_-removebg-previewfacilitator. It is the second cohort in our partnership with the Christian Leadership Alliance. Room remains for one to two more accomplished CEOs ready to slingshot the organization and their successors into the future.

The vision for Maestro-level Leaders comes out of my long work in succession planning with Clients as a Process Consultant focused on Executive Advising and CEO peer-based counsel, including my personal experience as Founder of Design Group International. It became evident early on that once a CEO begins to address succession in some form, their duties change, and the definition of ultimate success takes a sharper focus. So much is at stake!

And those high stakes tax our emotional intelligence—personally and systemically.

We've built two tools into the Maestro-level Leaders experience to help our learning and preparation.

1. Assessing one's leadership development in light of what's next.

For this, we draw on the library of assessments offered by WiLD Leaders.

2. Completing an EQ assessment with a 360 view and next steps of working at EQ growth specific to the person.

Here, we make use of the Mygrow platform.

WATCH: Between a rock and a hard place

These tools are available within the Maestro-level leader cohort experience. And they can be made available to you. I'd love to hear from you.

I walk alongside leaders, listening to understand their challenges, and helping them lead healthy organizations that flourish.
