Finish strong! Yeah, I know, blah, blah, blah!
We have all heard that worn-out phrase. It is one of those you read, and
then your eyes gloss over because you know we should finish strong. But
like with most other things in life, knowing it and doing it are often very different. The "trick" is in knowing HOW to finish strong.
In a track race, when the runner is in the third turn, about to have the finish line in view, you can't just tell them, "Run faster!" if they haven't trained for it and aren't prepared to kick it in. They need to know how.
In life, that is where a Mastro-level leader Cohort* kicks in! You have run your race well up to this point. You may have been with your organization for years or are the founder.
