Narrower and Deeper: Finding Your Next Focus After Success
Episode #39 of the Third Turn Podcast with Chelsea Gloecknerk

We were so pleased with this video interview that we decided to make it available as a podcast episode.

Chelsea Gloeckner and Mark L. Vincent are at opposite ends of their career. Chelsea has a toddler at home as she builds her practice as a nutritionist for families that want to set an abundant table. Mark is in the latter stages, a grandfather of five, who spends his time facilitating Maestro-level leaders and serving as an Executive Advisor alongside seasoned leaders.

Both of them have had to narrow their practice and grow it deeper within that narrower span, growing out of the success they achieved. Mark had done this several times, and Chelsea more recently.

Their conversation is helpful to people who work in the gig economy, making themselves available as subject matter experts, specialists, contractors, and consultants. Even more, their conversation provides useful insights for Maestro-level leaders moving into their Third Turn where they are considering future value for their organizations, and subsequently, their life beyond the C-Suite.
