Three Turns of the Executive Leader (video)

Most years I get to enjoy learning and connecting at the annual conference of Christian Leadership Alliance.  After serving on its board, helping to design the professional credential it offers, and even serving as Acting President at one point, there is a broad network of relationships I enjoy.  I look forward to being in Louisville for this year's conference in just a couple of weeks!

Last year I was invited to record a version of the workshop I led on the Three Turns of Executive Leadership  (you can watch it below). CLA then made it available for international use in leadership training. 

This year, I'm leading a workshop touching on the theme of ending well, what we might call ending with the end in mind.  It's focused on boards and executives who want to use succession planning as a means to slingshot an organization and its new leaders into the future. 

I'll also assist my colleague, Kristin Evenson, at the annual CEO Forum, as we discuss the combination of the moment an organization is in, as well as which turn an executive leader might find themselves. 

CLA joins with Maestro-level Leaders in forming a Maestro-level Leaders cohort experience. Enrollment begins even now!  We'd love to discuss it with you.
