Life today as a fundraiser can be daunting and lonely. The constant grind of financial targets, the multiple roles you fill, and the pressure to produce can feel overwhelming.

We want you to flourish as a fundraiser, both personally and professionally.  Your health and wellness as a leader are essential to help you be your best and make a positive impact in your community.

The Philanthropy Leadership Retreat is designed to give you a day of space to reflect, connect with fellow fundraisers, and gain clarity in your priorities as a leader. Together, we’ll spend intentional time in the following:

                    • Personal renewal and flourishing
                    • Creating a personal 6-month roadmap for goals and growth
