The Four Doorways of the Three Turns.
Episode #5 of the Third Turn Podcast

With each episode of the Third Turn Podcast we host a conversation among leaders who want the world to flourish for generations beyond their lifetimes.

Episode #5 picks up on musings co-host Jeanette Robért had at the very beginning:  What about those who find themselves at a doorway into their next turn as a leader?  What if they are stuck? How do they get through? How might they recognize that they are approaching their next turn? Further work on what stuck looks like, what passing through involves, and how to approach the next door developed into a related blog post.

Wherever you are in your leadership journey, a resource is here to help you to grow and make a difference in a world that stands much in need of aware, caring leaders. Let’s stop trying to do this alone!

A sneak peek at episode 6:  We will talk with Beth Ridley from The Brimful Life. Her reflections on what makes a successful journey into the Third Turn - and story of walking away from the corporate world -  bring to life the choices and rewards ahead of us.

The Third Turn Podcast is part of the Maestro-level leaders initiative and is a production of  Design Group International. Jeanette Robért of Marketplace Chaplains co-hosts with me, and Strategically Connected's Jennifer Miller is our producer. With each episode, the audience spreads and the content is shared more broadly. We welcome you sharing these episodes with others, in addition to sending along ideas and suggestions for people we should interview - and your avid listenership.

Maestro-level leaders provides tools of a fruitful journey for Executive Leaders in the Third Turn, along with travel companions. This blog, the Third Turn podcast, and a Maestro-level leaders cohort aid the ongoing resource and raise the vision for other leaders to aspire to a Third Turn.
