Consistency

Kirk Kriegel, our tender-hearted, Baylor football fan, is the newest Maestro-level Leader facilitator. His cohort is launched under our partnership with Christian Leadership Alliance. The cohort launches this winter so there is still room for a last minute participant or two, especially a non-profit leader of a faith-based ministry.

Kirk comes to us from Children at Heart Ministries, a Texas-wide ministry serving children and families in a variety of ways.  Each Monday, he posts a brief video for their state-wide employee base.  This recent one offers a reminder of the importance of consistency, especially a consistent representation of mission and values--even in the most mundane of actions.
