Meet Jennifer

With more than a decade of experience leading organizational redevelopment and cultural change, Jennifer (she/her) is passionate about walking with leaders and teams through high-stress periods and supporting them in the aftermath of upheaval, transition, and trauma.  As a Process Consultant and Executive Coach, Jennifer listens attentively to each client’s particular experience and context and works with them to co-create a process that will best move them towards their desired outcomes and goals.  She particularly enjoys working with clients who are either seeking ways to support their employees in high-stress environments (thus increasing employee health and reducing turnover) or striving for positive change in the wake of turmoil or tragedy.

Jennifer is a member of the Maryland LGBT Chamber of Commerce and has served as the executive coach for their Stonewall Network, a mastermind group focused on LGBTQ+ business leaders.  While she works across a variety of sectors, including for-profit and non-profit, she has a depth of experience partnering with women- and minority-led organizations, including those that serve individuals who are differently-abled.

Jennifer holds a B.A. from Stanford University, where she graduated with distinction.  Anticipating a career in intelligence analysis, she majored in International Relations with an emphasis on Comparative Historical Analysis, and she loved its emphasis on finding creative solutions to complex problems.  She also holds an M. Div. from Princeton Theological Seminary, where she wrote a comparative analysis of the rhetoric of the Book of Revelation and the contemporary superhero and fantasy genre.  Jennifer is an ordained pastor in the progressive Presbyterian Church in the USA.

In addition to organizational consulting and coaching, Jennifer is also a published author and public speaker.  She provides coaching on writing, speaking, and crafting presentations, and she also offers copy-editing on request.
