Simply put, this retreat is an opportunity to rest, reflect, and listen. We live in a world that does not value rest. Our world puts a high value on being productive, to give more of ourselves to the organization we serve, and continually improve the bottom line of our business. This retreat is designed to slow things down. To create space to rest, just be, and not do.
