KIM STEZALA Headshot 2017Meet Kim Stezala
Senior Design Partner

Kim Stezala, M.S., has devoted more than 25 years to the nonprofit, education, and business sectors in management, volunteer, and founder roles. She is dedicated to educational access, specifically the pipeline to and through college.

Combining objective analysis with the power of process consulting, Kim assists scholarship providers, youth agencies, college prep programs, colleges and universities, foundations, and membership associations to improve outcomes and handle complex organizational change.

Clients partner with Kim to create programs, develop strengths, measure impact, and share results. This is accomplished through strategic program planning, evaluation and improvement, outcomes monitoring and grant reporting, stakeholder engagement, and student access and success projects.

As a result, clients are better equipped to achieve their desired impact and tell their success story.

Kim also provides coaching for high-impact women who find themselves stuck and have a desire to move forward. She encourages and supports leaders through her practical, engaging, and unique coach approach.

Kim is also a co-founder and instructor at The Society for Process Consulting, creating a community for process consultants with standards and ethics, coursework, and credentials.

Personally, students and parents know Kim as The Scholarship Lady®, based on her role in helping students achieve their educational goals. She is the author of Scholarships 101: The Real-World Guide to Getting Cash for College, published by HarperCollins Leadership.

Kim earned her master's degree in Urban Studies, a bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/PR, and a certificate in Nonprofit Management all from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

She is a Leadership Coach, based on the International Coach Federation method, and an Executive Process Consultant™ through The Society for Process Consulting.

Hear What Clients Have to Say

Working with Kim Stezala has been one of the best personal and professional decisions of my life. Her input was extremely insightful and enlightening. Our sessions really helped me reflect on my goals, realign my priorities, and, frankly, live a more satisfying life.

Kim Stezala provided us with a comprehensive evaluation of our national scholarship program. I appreciated that there were never any surprises with Kim. She kept the evaluation moving by adhering to the agreed-upon timeline and always respects the client’s time. Every call or meeting was productive, efficient, and focused on the outcomes of the evaluation. Kim was a pleasure to work with, but most importantly, she provided us with thoughtful analysis and a roadmap for program improvement.
