Dawn Y. Graber, M.Ed., is a Sarasota-based culture strategist, speaker, and leadership coach transforming how organizations support, retain, and elevate women leaders. With a background in nursing, a master’s in education, and certifications in both process consulting and ICF coaching, Dawn brings a distinctive blend of clarity, depth, and strategy to her clients. She partners with senior leaders, women executives, and male allies to build cultures where women rise with confidence and organizations gain the competitive advantage that comes from their full participation.

Rooted in her belief that every person reflects the image of God, she champions cultures where women never shrink. She and her husband, Doug, cherish four children and eight grandchildren.

Although we are into the 21st century, women are still underrepresented in almost all work sectors, make less money for similar roles, are promoted at a much slower rate than men, are more stressed and approaching burnout than men, and are subject to debilitating microaggressions at a much more frequent rate than their male counterparts.
