Meet Linda Milanowski-Westdorp

As a change agent, I enjoy helping leaders gain clarity, align disparate groups, and move strategy into action, through sustainable results.

Linda serves as Process Consultant, Leadership Coach, and Cross-functional Facilitator throughout all aspects of business, global corporate, subsidiary, and non-profit settings. Her areas of expertise include Product Design, Development & Market Launch, Change Leadership, and all aspects of Human Resources.

Linda helps leaders transform into a vibrant future, often when an organization is either a start-up, and/or has a strong foundation, and now leadership

  • Sees areas with so much potential, yet "aren't quite there"
  • Seeks help motivating and energizing teams through turbulent times
  • Is ready to gain organizational alignment around common goals
  • Has recently communicated an updated strategy that is ready to activate

Linda engages when organizations are experiencing significant change:

  • Leadership changes are coming
  • The market is shifting

“I am so grateful my board of directors has supported my involvement in the Maestro level cohort! Each dimension of the cohort rhythm (monthly virtual meetings with the cohort, quarterly face to face gatherings, and the monthly meeting with Mark Vincent) has helped me stay focused on the important work of preparing for an effective handoff to my successor for the good of our mission and the glory of God. Mark’s counsel has been consistently useful and pertinent, and the sharing among CEOs walking similar paths has been both encouraging and enlightening.”
