In addition to facilitating Maestro-level leaders and his work as an Executive Advisor, Mark is the Founder of Design Group International and was instrumental in the launch of the Society for Process Consulting, where he teaches the introductory and core competencies courses for those seeking a professional credential. He recently authored the book: Listening Helping Learning: Core Competencies of Process Consulting.
Mark's accumulated experience includes more than thirty-five years pioneering a variety of approaches to Process Consulting, executive leadership and organizational capacity-building, entrepreneurship, interim executive leadership, CEO peer-based advising, and professional development and credentialing. His focus on a process approach to helping organizations and leaders live into their mission has led to successful adaptive change initiatives with more than 900 clients across varied domestic and international marketplaces.
Mark serves on the boards of Cox Family Holdings, Silver Rock Consulting, and the Steward’s Journey. He also sits on the Standards and Ethics Committee for the Society for Process Consulting.
Married to Patricia Teall Vincent, a life coach, their time divides between family, work, and earnest conversations in the various coffee shops of Boise, Idaho and Eastern Wisconsin.

Kristin spent 20 years with Fallon Worldwide, leading brand and communications strategy development for clients across a variety of industries—including Nordstrom, Holiday Inn Express, and Children’s Defense Fund. Her career journey since has included stints as marketing/strategy director and consultant to companies, nonprofits and ministries in the areas of strategy, culture, communications and board governance. Her teams’ work won multiple national effectiveness awards, and her consulting work resulted in a “Best Practice in People/Workplace” by Upsize Magazine.
Having completed NeuroLeadership Institute’s Brain-Based Coaching Program, Kristin incorporates brain-based principles into change initiatives for organizations, teams, and individuals. She and her husband Jeff Rosell have four awesome adult sons and host an international daughter, originally from South Sudan.
As a change agent, I enjoy helping leaders gain clarity, align disparate groups, and move strategy into action, through sustainable results.
Linda serves as Process Consultant, Leadership Coach, and Cross-functional Facilitator throughout all aspects of business, global corporate, subsidiary, and non-profit settings. She brings broad executive leadership experience from over 3 decades at Miller/Knoll (formerly Herman Miller, Inc.). Her corporate background, coupled with extensive non-profit engagement, have yielded deep and wide experiences, which allow her to bring wisdom and insights into any business or non-profit setting.
Her areas of expertise include Product Design, Development & Market Launch, Change Leadership, and all aspects of Human Resources.
