Meet Your Facilitators

A Peer Cohort Experience Designed for you.

Meet Mark L. Vincent, Phd, EPC

Founder, Maestro-level leaders

In addition to facilitating Maestro-level leaders and his work as an Executive Advisor, Mark is the Founder of Design Group International and was instrumental in the launch of the Society for Process Consulting, where he teaches the introductory and core competencies courses for those seeking a professional credential. He recently authored the book: Listening Helping Learning: Core Competencies of Process Consulting.

Mark's accumulated experience includes more than thirty-five years pioneering a variety of approaches to leadership and organizational capacity-building, entrepreneurship, interim executive leadership, CEO peer-based advising, and professional development and credentialing. His focus on a process approach to helping organizations and leaders live into their mission has led to successful adaptive change initiatives with more than 800 clients across varied domestic and international marketplaces.

Mark serves on the boards of Cox Family Holdings, Silver Rock Consulting, and the Steward’s Journey. He also sits on the Standards and Ethics Committee for the Society for Process Consulting.

Married to Patricia Teall Vincent, a life coach, their time divides between family, work, and earnest conversations in the various coffee shops of Boise, Idaho and Eastern Wisconsin.

“I am so grateful my board of directors has supported my involvement in the Maestro level cohort! Each dimension of the cohort rhythm (monthly virtual meetings with the cohort, quarterly face to face gatherings, and the monthly meeting with Mark Vincent) has helped me stay focused on the important work of preparing for an effective handoff to my successor for the good of our mission and the glory of God. Mark’s counsel has been consistently useful and pertinent, and the sharing among CEOs walking similar paths has been both encouraging and enlightening.”
