Every leader is unique. Because of this I engage in a process that includes asking strategic questions, listening deeply, creating high-trust relationships; and helping leaders gain perspective, focus goals, and lead with purpose and influence.
My process has been developed out of 30 years of leadership experience that includes starting new businesses; leading a 300-year-old organization for over a decade; serving senior leadership roles in systems as large as 100,000 members; being a partner in a 3-generation family business; as well as advising non-profit boards, church leaders, and owners of small businesses.
Alongside this on-the-ground experience, my academic training has been in the areas of human development, evidence-based coaching, organizational systems, meaning-making, theology, ethics, and history. These formal frameworks along with practical skills form my toolbox as we design processes that are right for you. So email me and we’ll discuss how to design a successful process for you or your organization.
