This workshop supports participants with a practical and hands on approach to mapping out a culture change initiative in your organization. You will come away with a nuanced understanding of your organization's culture and what you can do next to evolve it.

1 pm - Session #4 - Hands on tools to use that will aid you in the process of culture change.
Participants will be provided with facilitated support to build out your next steps in evolving your organization’s culture. Hands on tools include relationship mapping, forcefield analysis, helping trios, and more.
2:30 pm - Formal content will is concluded.
