About Rebecca

I bring over 20 years of experience in higher education and nonprofit leadership, helping organizations build structures and programs that empower people to achieve their goals. My career has taken me through public research universities, private teaching colleges, county and state government roles, health and housing organizations, and international relief work.

I hold a Ph.D. in Human Development and Family Studies from Oregon State University, a Master’s in Public Administration, and a B.A. in Secondary Education. As a lifelong learner, I also value hands-on experiences through travel and community engagement.

My consulting expertise includes Diversity, Equity, Leadership, and Organizational Structure. I am passionate about advancing equity locally and globally, and I love partnering with organizations to translate mission into action and unlock their full potential.
