Ross Peterson-Veatch

I have over 35 years of experience in a variety of professional services at institutions and organizations spanning K-12 and Higher Education, Churches, Non-profits, and start-ups.

I hold a Master’s and Ph.D. in Folklore from Indiana University, and a Bachelor’s in Sociology/Anthropology and Spanish from Earlham College. In addition to North America, I have lived and worked in South America, Europe, and Asia.

My work focuses on personal development for leadership, intercultural leadership (leading across difference), and organizational culture change.

I am certified to lead Kegan and Lahey’s Immunity to Change™ Exercise.
