Today, Design Group International, Inc., a leader in Process Consulting, announces that Noele Stith of Grand Rapids, Michigan, has become a Senior Design Partner. CEO and fellow Senior Design Partner Lon L. Swartzentruber said, “Noele brings a wealth of leadership experience, deep operational knowledge, and personal passion to her work with clients. As our first Black partner she also now brings her voice and perspective to the collective future of our firm.”

Stith said, “My journey with Design Group International has been divine, timely, and intentional. I am thankful the partners took this courageous journey with me, and I am honored to be named a Senior Design Partner for Design Group International. I look forward to operating in this role at such a neat time as we are in the beautiful growth space of designing for our future while honoring our history (legacy). I want to thank God, my husband, our children, my family, friends, and the community of practice for their never-ending encouragement and support.”
