Kohler, WI (25 September 2017) - Today the consulting firm Design Group International, Inc. announced two new Senior Design Partners, Lon Swartzentruber of Grand Rapids, MI and Kimberly Stezala of Milwaukee, WI.


Design Group International is a leader in process consulting, a type of organizational development consulting that relies on an iterative, collaborative approach with clients compared to product-based consulting models. 


Swartzentruber joined DGI as a Senior Consultant in 2012 and grew with the firm and achieved partner status in August 2017.  With nearly 25 years of experience, he specializes in helping clients with transformative strategic planning, comprehensive capital campaigns, advancement mentoring, and executive coaching.


Stezala became a partner in August 2017 bringing to DGI more than 20 years of organizational development experience working with education and youth organizations, foundations, and colleges.  She helps clients through program design, evaluation and improvement, mostly focused on college access and success strategies, including scholarship programs.
