I bring more than 22 years of experience and expertise supporting clients and partners, from CEOs and teacher teams to Superintendents and Managers, in leadership development, process facilitation, adult learning, team engagement and development, and K-12 educational and nonprofit systems change.
I believe in the power of process design. By utilizing an inquiry-based method (asking open-ended questions) we are able to tap into our natural creativity, enthusiasm, and knowledge to gain perspective and insight.

Deanna earned a Master of Public Administration, Public Management from Grand Valley State University and a Bachelor of Psychology, Sociology and Social Work from Calvin College. She is an Advanced Process Consultant, a Certified SMART Goals Facilitator, and a Certified Cognitive Coach and is Certified in Systems Mapping via Michigan State University.
