Sonya Richards provides Administrative Assistance for Design Group International, Inc.  She has an AA in Liberal Arts from Hesston College and a BA in Business Administration from Goshen College.


Sonya brings a lengthy background in scheduling and organizing volunteer teams. She also has experience in working with non-profit leadership teams and boards. Those skills are utilized to Design Group International's advantage.  Sonya provides logistical and organizational oversight to the daily workings of the Company.  Sonya’s strengths of detail execution and asking the important questions allows Design Group International's leadership to focus exclusively on the clients.
