Cari brings a lengthy background in executive support and organizational management. She has extensive experience in working with non-profit leadership teams. Those skills are utilized to Design Group International's advantage. Cari provides logistical and organizational oversight to the daily workings of Design Group International as the Director of Operations. Cari’s strengths of detail execution combined with a well-honed ability to support a team by listening, helping, and learning allow Design Group International's consultants to focus exclusively on the clients needs.
She has a BS in Educational Studies from University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee and a Graduate Certificate in Theological Studies from Regent University. She is also an International Enneagram Association Certified Enneagram Practitioner.
