What exactly do we do with clients? We use the CREATE, DEVELOP, MEASURE, SHARE framework to describe our work with clients, as follows:

CREATE. Stezala Consulting brings an entrepreneurial spirit and business planning skills to clients who have an idea and need direction to make their idea take shape. Specific examples include:

  • Plan for a new $10 million scholarship and pre-college advising program for disadvantaged youth.
  • Create (and help implement) a fundraising plan for a new mission outreach program of a college.

DEVELOP. Stezala Consulting partners with organizations that are expanding or improving their efforts to meet the needs of their clients, members, customers or constituents. Specific examples include:

  • Develop applications, instructions, protocols, toolkits, manuals, etc. during program growth.
  • Provide coaching, training, guidance and direction during program expansion.

MEASURE. Stezala Consulting helps organizations with measurement, assessment and evaluation. We are committed to building the internal capacity of organizations to make strong data-informed decisions. There is increased pressure across all sectors to be able to prove your results. We can help. Specific examples include:

  • Interview youth and parent program participants and report on findings.
  • Build dataflow diagrams and templates to assist schools in managing their data.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of multiple programs including the plan, purpose, scope, audience, capacity, methodology, analysis, reporting and feedback.

SHARE. Stezala consulting assists organizations in communicating their opportunities, needs and results to all stakeholders. Specific examples include:

  • Write and edit proposals and reports.
  • Coach leaders on how to share evaluation findings across diverse audiences.
  • Provide guidance on knowledge transfer.

CREATE. DEVELOP. MEASURE. SHARE. That’s what we do.

What are your goals and what do you need to reach them? How can you take your organization to the next level of success? Let’s figure it out together.
