Process Consultation: One Great Client!
Our process consultation work puts us in touch with many wonderful clients. We particularly celebrate our recent work with Ted & Company, a theatre company providing original dramas, thoughtfully humorous performances and excellent scripts.
Several of our consultants were recently present at the Leadership Seminar sponsored by the Ecumenical Stewardship Center, where one of Ted & Company's newest works were performed: What's so funny about money?" As a long-time stewardship educator, I found it to be an excellent and thought-provoking work. I also belly-laughed so hard and so often that I think I strained something.
Our process consultation work with Ted & Company was to coach them through some significant adjustments to their business model--moving from an artist who does performances, to a company of artists around the works of Ted Swartz who can perform in a variety of ways in a variety of settings. This, combined with better marketing and a more organized group of patrons, makes it possible for them to expand the capacity for performances, causing reflective thought and splitting sides for years to come.
Congratulations to all!
