Phil Bergey has over 30 years of board and management experience in non-profit organizations, as well as business leadership experience as a partner in a three-generation family business for over a decade. Phil has committed much of his life to cultivating leaders, transforming established systems, and creating new structures that are dynamic, creative, and effective. Phil’s strengths are in the areas of listening, assessing, and helping others imagine and connect future possibilities with current realities.

In addition to his business and non-profit experience, Phil holds degrees in human development (MA), theology & ethics (MA), and history (BA). He participated in several invitation-only programs for high potential leaders. Phil recently received the Professional Coach Certification (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF). A PCC coach is required to have received 125 documented hours of coach-specific training in an ICF-accredited training program and to have documented more than 750 hours of client coaching. He is currently in a PhD program in human & organizational systems at Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, California, concentrating on how leaders make meaning in their role as catalysts for change.
Phil and his spouse Evon live in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Phil enjoys reading and a variety of outdoor activities.
